Senior Account manager/Customer Service Representative - Core Force

About the Job
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Communicate daily with sales, operations, and various logistics departments to efficiently and accurately process, allocate and ship all customer orders based on specific retailer requirements
- Provide assistance with all aspects of order lifecycle from order entry, to tracking and prioritizing inbound containers, allocation, picking, communicating to the warehouse throughout the process for timely routing and shipping of the freight and making sure its billed.
- Familiarity with routing for major retailers like Walmart/ Kohls/ Dollar Tree/ Big Lots/ Marshalls/ TJ Maxx/ Ross/ DDs/ Burlington, etc. Knowledge of retail compliance
- Has experience reviewing open order reports, understands available to sell/ oversolds/ inventory reconciliation, etc
- Run and analyze a series of daily and weekly reports and proactively address areas of concern
- Resolve customer inquiries / concerns professionally and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 4+ years of recent customer service with order management experience within a warehouse /3PL environment or working in such capacity at an importer or wholesaler
- Understanding of wholesale Import and Warehouse/Distribution with retailer routing and compliance knowledge
- Must be analytical, detailed, and organized with excellent follow up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate and succeed in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a challenging environment
- Self-motivated individual, must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively when working independently or in a team
- Adept at comprehending and working with large quantities of data from a variety of sources
- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to system and data changes
