Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Oversee a full book of Employee Benefits accounts, ensuring exceptional service.
- Relationship Building: Foster client relationships by exceeding expectations and delivering high-quality service.
- Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
- Marketing Strategies: Create strategies to secure competitive pricing and plan design options.
- Renewal & RFP Management: Manage RFP processes and facilitate renewals.
- Open Enrollment: Prepare Open Enrollment communications for clients’ employees.
- Broad skill set to address diverse client needs, from benefit guides to complex medical plan implementations.
- Proven ability to service Employee Benefits accounts in industries like engineering and biotech
Education & Experience:
- 10+ years in Employee Benefits.
- Expertise in financial underwriting, self-insurance, and alternative funding programs (e.g., captives, RBP).
Compensation:
- Base salary up to $150K, based on experience.
