Having successfully validated our business model, service delivery, and product-market fit over the past 5 years, we are now poised for expansion and seeking Senior Account Executives to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and close recruiting deals with startups and scale-ups.
Develop and curate your own lists of potential customers.
Conduct cold calls and send outreach messages to prospective clients.
Lead engaging sales discovery calls with new leads.
Facilitate briefing calls with new customers and our recruiting team.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless project delivery, fostering repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate progress tracking and lead management using HubSpot.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience.
Possess an active network of contacts and a proven track record of selling into target markets such as North America, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Demonstrated success in selling services, such as consulting or recruiting.
Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with founding teams, embodying an entrepreneurial spirit.
Exceptional English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
Strong commitment to quality and team support to achieve desired outcomes.
Keen interest in innovation, Lean startup principles, and growth strategies.
