About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a Senior Account Executive to join our team. You'll play a vital role in responding to the growing market demand for our solutions, including MarketView Broker and the Showing Management Suite. Your primary focus will be presenting to Brokerages, Offices, teams, and Brokerage Recruiters.
Responsibilities:
Establish Yourself as an Industry Expert: Conduct discovery sessions and demonstrations to showcase your expertise in the Real Estate industry.
Drive Revenue Generation: Build on your proven track record as a top revenue generator.
Sell Software and Service Offerings: Utilize your experience to effectively sell our software and service offerings.
Effective Outreach and Relationship Building: Articulate your message, engage in effective sales outreach, and nurture relationships that drive revenue growth.
Sales Activity Tracking: Reach out to key prospects and customers, making 20-40 sales calls per day, and meticulously track all activity and campaigns in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Conduct Online Demonstrations: Utilize platforms like Zoom to conduct online product demonstrations.
Project Management: Self-manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously to achieve assigned sales quotas each month.
Represent ShowingTime: Attend industry events, conduct client visits, and deliver group presentations to represent ShowingTime effectively.
Remote Position: This role is categorized as remote, allowing flexibility in choosing your work location within the United States.
Sales Experience: Prior software sales experience with a track record of success and positive references.
Real Estate Background: Experience in large brokerage real estate sales is preferred.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate across teams to achieve company goals and provide excellent service to customers.
Enthusiastic and Positive: Bring enthusiasm, positivity, and a sense of humor to the role.
Strong Communication Skills: Professional presentation skills across various mediums, including phone, webinar, and in person.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other relevant technologies.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Self-Management: Ability to self-manage daily activities to meet sales quotas consistently.
Problem-Solving Skills: Helpful demeanor in working with customers to solve problems efficiently.
This role offers a competitive base salary and eligibility for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance, and location. Actual amounts will vary based on individual circumstances.
