We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Senior Account Executive to join our client's team. This role emphasizes building meaningful industry connections and representing the brand with professionalism and polish. While experience in jewelry technology or related fields is a plus, the ideal candidate will excel in industry relationships, personality, and presentation skills.
The focus will be on strategic business development and relationship building, making this role perfect for candidates with a background in business development or public relations who bring a professional demeanor and strong connections.

COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year DOE
Commission: 6–10% on closed deals gross revenue for the first year of contracts. Total potential compensation ranges from $100,000 to $250,000+ per year, based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the jewelry and technology sectors.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, lead generation, email/phone outreach, and strategic prospecting.
- Present consultative and tailored sales meetings to demonstrate the value of the platform and address client needs.
- Provide compelling product demonstrations and clearly articulate the technical value proposition to various stakeholders.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance client impact.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative business development.
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring smooth contract negotiations and execution.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, for seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position the brand.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, public relations, or sales, ideally within jewelry, jewelry technology, or SaaS sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
- Experience creating visually engaging presentations and proposals using software like PowerPoint or Canva.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter comfortable with outbound prospecting and generating new business.
- Polished and professional demeanor suitable for the jewelry industry.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales best practices and tools.
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of the jewelry industry or related technology is beneficial but not required.
