About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with extensive experience in industrial supplies and MRO sales to help expand business opportunities. The Senior Account Executive will play a crucial role in growing our MRO business, leveraging existing client relationships and developing new ones. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in strategic consultative selling in the industrial supplies sector.
- Collaborate to expand business within the MRO sector, including existing clients and new prospects.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial accounts, focusing on medium to large-scale opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with industrial clients, including institutional and commercial organizations.
- Lead client presentations, sales negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Provide strategic sales guidance to develop long-term partnerships with key MRO clients.
- Actively network and attend industry events, representing the company in the MRO market.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MRO trends, competitive offerings, and client needs.
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in the industrial supplies and MRO sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Extensive network in the MRO or industrial supplies industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
