About the Job
Our Company: BCI Brands designs, sources, and markets nationally and internationally an extensive range of women's career, casual sportswear, and dresses. Their products are sold through all primary retail distribution levels principally under various trademarks and under private label brand names, such as Ted Baker, Vince Camuto, CeCe, 1.state and Parker.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the wholesale Macys business to meet financial targets set forth for the brand
- Develop strong, effective relationships with key account partners
- Identify opportunities to grow the business with current and potential accounts
- Report out weekly on account performance and provide recommendations to drive business forward.
- Identify and deliver new business opportunities with both current existing and new partners that will result in revenue growth
- Manage on order to deliver on monthly shipping budgets
- Consistently monitor and respond to opportunities in the market to identify ways to stay ahead of trends.
- React to in season selling to drive additional business
- Partner with merchandising on assortment curation, utilizing data to inform product needs and selection
- Review in store merchandising reports to improve upon customer experience in stores
- Work closely with cross functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external key stakeholders
- Work closely with the sales assistant role to ensure photography needs are met
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in the wholesale fashion industry, primarily the department store channel
- Previous experience in women's apparel highly preferred
- Background working WITH Macy's required
- Expert level of proficiency in retail math, OTB management and forecasting
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Exenta, Skypad and NuOrder is preferred
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
SALARY: $150k+ starting (please note this role does not offer commission)
