Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responsible for selling the company's products or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within the University/Higher Education vertical. Responsible for the development of new business opportunities or emerging areas. Focuses on critical, large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts in the Insurance industry
- Makes scheduled follow-ups to assigned book of business via telephone, e-mail, and social media platforms
- Utilizes internal software/tools i.e. Gong.io, Zoominfo to engage clients
- Handles inbound leads
- Compiles lists of prospective customers of critical, large, and complex accounts for use as sales leads, based on information from appropriate sources, such as ad inquiries, trade shows and campaign outreach
- Emphasizes product features, quotes prices and credit terms, and initiates contract process
- Makes recommendations to Management and Marketing regarding customer needs and concerns.
- Maintain new customer data and other sales data for current customers in computer database. Maintains customer contact information for lead generation purposes.
- Works with outside sales representatives and/or account managers to keep account activities and literature up to date.
- Strategizes with team members on ways to improve sales figures and identify the benefits of products and services for the customer.
- Identifies potential customer problems and makes recommendations to prevent problems with deliveries or other issues.
- Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Creates formal networks that may involve coordination among groups
- Will meet or exceed assigned personal closed/won quotas
- Will maintain a pipeline of potential clients that is at least 2.5X monthly production quota
- Under the supervision of the Sr. Leader- Inside Sales, provides training, mentoring and coaching to junior team members.
- Will act as an Inside Sales - University Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CoreLogic products and processes.
- On occasion will lead various projects to improve Inside Sales processes.

- College degree or 4+ years of related solution selling and account executive experience
- Extensive knowledge of the company's products and services
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced prospecting skills

- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
- Prior experience selling to Universities
