About the role:
Our Demand sales team is responsible for growing our advertiser roster. We do this by partnering with brand and agency buyers to help them solve their marketing needs by using Vistar's unique technology. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll act as an ambassador of the company, evangelizing our technology solutions and differentiators, and get potential and current clients excited about working with us. You will be working directly with leaders of the business to drive revenue and lead client relationships.
What you'll do:
- Develop prospect hit lists, and leverage existing sales relationships to maximize overall long-term value of Vistar's agency and brand relationships
- Grow your client roster by scheduling a minimum of 5 weekly meetings and regularly hosting client events and entertainment.
- Respond to campaign opportunities and proposals from existing and new potential clients across several verticals
- Manage key client relationships (strategic and day-to-day) across all demand lines of business including Vistar Managed Service, Vistar Self-Service as well as omni-channel DSP partnerships
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients across the West Coast
- Work closely with the Account Management, Analytics and Product teams to understand client's success metrics and growth opportunities
- Master the programmatic OOH industry and space
What experience we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-8 years of work experience in a sales role within advertising or ad-tech, working with brands/agencies/trading desks/ad networks.
- Experience or familiarity with programmatic, digital OOH, mobile and or location based data.
- Strong understanding of exchanges, DSPs, SSPs.
- Experience working at a startup or fast growing company is preferred.

At Vistar Media, we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and other relevant business considerations. These considerations can cause compensation to vary. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position. The salary range estimate for this position as performed in California is $130,000 - $145,000 plus bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, and a lifestyle stipend. The salary range for this position as performed outside of California may vary. The actual pay will be at Vistar Media's sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
