We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing key accounts, fostering long-term client relationships, and driving our company's sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a solid track record in sales and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and grow relationships with key accounts, identifying their needs and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
3. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
4. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
5. Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
6. Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
7. Negotiation of contracts with clients, working closely with legal and finance teams.
8. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, opportunities, and threats in the market.
Qualifications:
**Need to have a rolodex of customers who buy CNC metallic parts and a history of selling in that industry
1. A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proven ability to manage large accounts and develop strategic plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
3. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
5. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
6. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
7. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
8. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
9. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
10. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
11. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
12. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
13. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
