We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the commercial flooring sector. You will leverage your expertise in territory sales and construction sales to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in commercial flooring or construction sales
- Proven track record of success in territory sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and develop lasting relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Base Salary: $70K-$110K
- OTE: 150K-250K
