Senior Account Executive - Ultimate Staffing Services

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our client's team in Columbia, MD. The Senior Account Executive will generate leads, build relationships with established clients, and provide tailored solutions to meet their office design needs. This role involves extensive networking, developing and managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:

• Leverage industry connections and network extensively with business groups, commercial real estate brokers, and the government connections to generate leads.
• Present client's product and service offerings persuasively and develop detailed quotes tailored to client requirements.
• Close sales responsibly, ensuring signed sales orders and required documentation are completed.

Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain regular follow-up communication with clients, keeping them informed of order statuses and project progress.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Industry Expertise:

• Stay informed about product lines, technical capabilities, and industry trends.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to expand knowledge of the industry and market developments.
• Serve as a customer advocate throughout the order fulfillment process, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial sales experience.
• Established relationships with government and commercial real estate sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
