Semiconductor Design Engineer - Micron Technology

Develop and deploy patterns and regression to increase the functional verification coverage for specific memory architectures. Perform full-chip functional verification on Micron’s non-volatile memory design projects. Develop verification plans for designs. Perform RTL Code coverage and review Functional Coverage bins to achieve coverage goals. Implement, enhance, and support multiple automation tools to improve DV efficiency (PERL, Python). Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators. Develop NAND Verilog models for internal/external customers.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $126,984.00 - $154,000
