Existing concept is re-concepting to an upscale American Bistro concept. we have our chef secured and looking for an operator who is strong in cost control and profitability. The ideal candidate will have an opportunity for partnership in the business. A proven track record of success and outstanding references will be required. We are a small family owned business who understands what we don't know. Upscale dining experience is required. Small space with 75 seats plus a speakeasy.
