Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and skilled caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver with us, you will be responsible for providing personalized assistance and support to individuals who require help with daily activities, companionship, and health-related needs. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for caregiving, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of those under their care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light laundry.
• Monitor changes in client's health and well-being.
• Create and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain a clean and organized living space for clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and families.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
• Ability to pass background checks and reference checks.
