Job Title: Project Manager / Estimator - Commercial Construction

Position Overview: The Project Manager/Estimator will oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as preparing accurate cost estimates to ensure project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Develop project schedules and manage timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and requirements.
• Monitor project progress and manage any changes in scope or budget.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management and estimating in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
