Overview:
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to take the lead in our personal lines insurance division. We are looking for a motivated and strategic thinker to drive sales initiatives, inspire a team of dedicated professionals, and contribute to the continued success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of personal lines insurance sales representatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Current Property and Casualty License
- Proven track record in personal lines insurance sales and management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and emerging market trends.
