Seeking Lead Superintendent (Austin, TX) - Perpetual Labor Sourcing LLC

**Position:** VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Lead Superintendent
**Location:** Samsung Plant, Austin, Texas
**Pay Rate:** $42-$50 per hour
**Hours:** 50+ per week

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead Revit model production
- Ensure client satisfaction and review constructability
- Perform quality control on drawings and materials
- Coordinate weekly team updates
- Develop and mentor team members
- Maintain and enforce BIM procedures
- Prepare 3D drawings in Revit, AutoCAD, CADmep, and Navisworks

**Qualifications:**

- 10+ years in BIM/3D modeling
- Strong knowledge of BIM technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
