Nannies + more International is seeking a Professional Nanny/House Manager/Cook in Bethesda, MD.
Location: Bethesda, MD
Parents: Professional Parents
Live-in or Live-out: Live-out
Children: 1 -years-old and 5-year-old, and 7-year-old
Local Candidates Only: Yes
Type of Assignment: M-F, Strict 6:00 AM start time (Both parents leave early for work daily), flexibility required when needed. One day a week will be from 6 AM-6 PM (earlier end time this day if desired once a parent is home, mostly around 4 PM). The other four days will be a split schedule from 6 AM-10 AM and then from 3 PM-6 PM. Afternoons are for daycare/school pickup, activities, and dinner prep/cleanup.
35-40 hours weekly guaranteed
Salary: Excellent Gross hourly rate, $25-$32 based on the candidate"s experience, education, and knowledge, two weeks of paid vacation, one week of paid sick leave, and eight paid holidays.
Start Date: September 2022
Length of Assignment: long-term
Experience: 5+years of professional nanny/house manager experience
Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the US or US Citizen
The candidate must have at least three excellent professional references, three-character references, and a clear background.
The candidate must be able to offer educational learning and assist with learning and motor skills, teaching the children with arts, crafts, and educational focuses. Also, assist the older child with homework and school projects, and help children balance work and play.
Household: Tidying and daily organizing, the organization for the children"s toys, rooms, play areas, kitchen (dishes), and laundry (as time allows). Extra non-childcare hours will be spent on house management/tidying/cooking.
Meals: One day per week will be dedicated to cooking three entrees for the week ahead. The other days will be for preparing/cooking home-style meals and snacks, healthy meals for the family and children during midday after school drop off and before school pickup/activities.
COVID SAFE: Following the Current CDC guidelines. Has received the full vaccine/booster or is comfortable getting COVID vaccination.

Professional Experience:
At least 5 years of professional nanny experience in private homes with toddlers and school-aged children
Language: Fluent in English
Travel: Occasional
Overnights: Occasional, with advanced notice if the parents are traveling for work.
Weekends: Not required, but if the candidate is willing to help, weekends would be scheduled in advance.
Driving: Own Vehicle Required. Driving to/from school, school activities, playdates, appointments, between locations, and children"s outings.
