About the Job
One of my well-respected clients is adding to their staff and will be hiring a LEGAL SECRETARY. The legal secretary will assist office personnel, perform paralegal duties, assist with the community association law practice, and provide excellent customer service.
- 1 - 5 years experience
- Litigation experience and/or community association experience necessary
- Organized
- Self-Starter / Motivated
- Work with Home Owners Associations
- Reviewing ledgers, researching property titles
- Basic computer knowledge is necessary
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good work ethic
- High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills
The position requires related experience working in external relationship management
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal direction
