Security Utility Officer
Job Description
Position Summary:
The Security Utility Officer is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our clients. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to respond to various security situations in a professional and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of assigned properties on foot or by vehicle.
- Access Control: Monitor and control access to buildings and restricted areas.
- Incident Response: Respond to and resolve security incidents promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed incident reports and other documentation as required.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work all three shifts (day, evening, and night).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
Job Type: On-Call.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour.
