JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
This position involves a blend of hands-on training, coordination, and compliance responsibilities aimed at maintaining high standards of security and safety on campus
Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- On-the-Job Training (OJT): Ensure that all oncoming officers are trained on site-specific policies and procedures.
- Onboarding Assistance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new officers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of their roles.
- Post-Training/Field Training with Security Officers: Conduct and oversee training sessions for security officers to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Supervisor Syncs: Join supervisor meetings to assist and delegate tasks as needed, ensuring cohesive team operations.
- Client Communication: Respond to client emails regarding off-boardings and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Compliance Training: Work alongside supervisors to roll out any required compliance training programs.
- Compliance Management: Ensure the team remains compliant through regular audits. Review and acknowledge audit reports emailed through GardaWorld emails by Compliance Manager of Garda.
- Ticket Assistance: Assist officers and supervisors in filling tickets related to their duties.
- Badge Activation: Activate badges for new officers to ensure they have the necessary access.
- CPR Instruction: Serve as a CPR instructor for the team, ensuring all members are trained and certified.
- Training Coordination and Compliance: Organize and coordinate training sessions and ensure all training materials are up to date.
- Provisioning Tasks: Handle provisioning tasks related to training and compliance.
- High school diploma required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast paced, complex environment
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Tech-savvy with experience in both proprietary and mass market systems
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pass an extensive screening process
