Job DescriptionThe Security Supervisor directs and coordinates the activities of the Security Officers actively engaged in the execution of the CFI, Inc. security programs under the direction of the Director of Security and or General Manager.
As a Security Supervisor, you will:
- Provide the initial response to all incidents of a Police, Fire, or Medical nature and act accordingly within the scope of duties as a Security Officer
- Manage entry and exit control points at designated properties
- Monitor a proprietary monitoring station or front desk (fire alarm panel) as required by law and monitor the Security surveillance system
- Conduct safety inspections as directed by policy and established procedure
- Maintain individual Security activity records, checklists, and logs
- Respond to basic service requests and perform preventative maintenance on the electronic guest room security system and in-room electronic safes if applicable
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various situations, including emergencies related to the property, guests, and/or employees
- Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, schedule form, or computer-generated

Qualifications- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work effectively in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage attentively and courteously with team members and guests at all levels.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license for operating company golf carts.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test, along with verification of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Possession of a Class D license.
- Certified by the American Red Cross.
- Proficiency in CPR, AED, and first aid techniques.
