Core One is seeking a Security Specialist who will be supporting the MARSOC Raiders. Must have a SECRET clearance to apply.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the administration of Information and Personnel Security Programs (IPSP), including enforcing relevant policies and procedures as part of the command security framework.
- Manage personnel check-in/out processes, handle visitor access requests, and coordinate preparation of student rosters, security in-brief packages, and access badges for training courses.
- Maintain, track, and file all related correspondence, records, badges, and documents, ensuring compliance with policies on record storage, archiving, and destruction safeguards.
- Oversee the team's adherence to dress code standards to maintain a professional appearance in both office and field environments.
Required Skills
- Possess a SECRET clearance.
- Served as an E5 or higher performing information and/or personnel security work within DOD OR 2 years of civilian experience with DOD information and/or personnel security.
- 1 year experience with security related web-based applications (JPAS, DISS, E-Qip).
- Knowledgeable with security related references such as SECNAV 5510.30 and 5510.36, DOD Manual 5200.01 Vol 1-4.
- Experience utilizing MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote.
