Security Shift Supervisor

Location: Lansing, MI
Compensation: $19 / Hour
Shift: Thursday through Monday 2nd shift 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (40 hours full time)

Shift: Thursday through Monday 2nd shift 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (40 hours full time)
About the job:
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- You observe, survey the area, and provide reports on activity at your assigned location.
- Exercise independent judgment and sound decision-making in performing all duties
- Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our clients and employees
- Supervise and manage employees at your assigned job site.
- Utilize clear and appropriate communication skills when communicating with people
- Able to stand and walk for long periods.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations.
- You’re good at reading and writing detailed reports.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Your background:
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Demonstrate a stable work history
- You have at least 1-year security supervisor experience
- If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
- You have a state license if required.
