Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience delivering cyber outcomes, identifying risks, and devising solutions to combat public sector focused threats.
- 8 years of experience assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions and programs across security domains.
- Experience in People management or mentoring.
- Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certificatied in CISSP, CISM, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
- 10 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience building and leading outstanding teams.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced cybersecurity leader to build and manage a new Security Operations (SECOPs) consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the team's direction, developing service offerings, and delivering exceptional cybersecurity consulting services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, protect their critical assets, and achieve the mission objectives.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of cybersecurity consultants. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Define and develop a comprehensive suite of cybersecurity consulting services that address the evolving needs of our clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Lead and manage cybersecurity consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on a wide range of cybersecurity issues, including risk assessment, security architecture, incident response, and compliance.
