We are currently seeking a strong individual with a background in scheduling with the ability to take direction and work on your own. You will be responsible to assist our Operations Team in a professional manner and ensure that scheduling is reviewed and accurate. This position requires for the candidate to be very professional with exceptional communication skills! This position is a Monday through Friday daytime role with weekend availability required.

Job Summary:
The Security Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for the operational and administrative support functions for the Operations Team. The Coordinator takes direction from the Operations manager and determines the necessary service requirements to fulfill the contractual responsibilities with our client base. The coordinator communicates the associated workflow, schedules officers, tracks and reports outcomes, and assists internal and external stakeholders in the successful delivery and execution of security-related services to our client base.
Essential Functions:
Possess strong customer service and public relation skills, and be able to interact well with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Coordinate services and operational and administrative support needs.
Utilize our WinTeam scheduling to track employee work schedules and to fill open positions due to call offs or requests for additional coverage.
Troubleshoot emerging client service issues.
Collaborate with personnel and Operations managers to ensure deadlines are completed on time and within the scope of work.
Work consistently with Operations Managers to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Directing/routing calls to the appropriate department or personal voice mails.
Ability to use Window based programs.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and email).
Ability to multi-task during the work shift.
Willingness and ability to work weekends, holidays, and cover additional shifts as required by company needs
All other duties, as assigned.
Education/Experience: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Possess a high school diploma/GED. Have a proven stable work history. Ability to use computers and easily able to retain the use of software and programs.
Required Certifications/Screenings: Must have a valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or willing to apply for one. All applicants must complete a pre-employment screening process. Includes a background investigation and drug screen.
Employee Traits: Mature demeanor, personality and attitude is paramount to your success. Possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written. Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.(Bi-lingual candidates are a plus!) Maintain an impeccable image and adhere to our professional grooming standards, which includes: No visible tattoo(s) that cannot be covered up with a short sleeve shirt. Must possess exceptional customer service skills, public relation skills and the ability to interact well with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds. Must maintain a working telephone at all times, in order for us to contact you. Must have reliable means of transportation. Flexibility to cover additional shifts, as required, by client's needs.
Physical Demands: The duties can be, but are not limited to having the ability to; lift/push/pull over 50 lbs; sit or stand for extended periods of time.
