About the Role
LevelBlue is looking for a Sales Engineer to be a point of contact on technical solutions for our MSSP Partner Program in Latin America. If you are an engineer with experience in sales through channels, managing the relationship with our partners, enabling them technically, helping them to be independent, and ensuring successful customer integration and implementation of cybersecurity products, services, and solutions, we’d love to meet you!

About the Role
LevelBlue is looking for a Sales Engineer to be a point of contact on technical solutions for our MSSP Partner Program in Latin America. If you are an engineer with experience in sales through channels, managing the relationship with our partners, enabling them technically, helping them to be independent, and ensuring successful customer integration and implementation of cybersecurity products, services, and solutions, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to a sales plan through pre-sales technical activities.
- Responsible for consulting with sales teams, partners, and customers to provide technical expertise about our products and services.
- Provide technical advice in sales presentations.
- Run Proofs of Concept (POC) and trials based on customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, enabling them and understanding their technical challenges.
- Actively participate in customer and marketing sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience working as a Sales Engineer.
- Experience working with MSSP, MSP, VAR/VAD.
- Experience in Threat Detection and Response tools, Endpoint protection, Vulnerability Management, or any other platforms in the Cybersecurity industry.
- EDR, Vulnerability Management, or similar platforms in the Cybersecurity industry.
- Experience with Cloud Security with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience working with Managed Security Service Providers.
- Experience with AlienVault, Tenable, Qualys, or Sentinel One.
- Soft skills to manage relationships beyond technical issues.
- Ability to learn and understand cybersecurity technologies and their integrations with our products and services.
