Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of electronic security and surveillance? We are currently seeking an experienced Security Sales professional to join our thriving team in the Engineering industry. This is a permanent, full-time position where your expertise in Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon, CCTV, and Access Control will be put to good use. Your role will focus on driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our business reach.
Responsibilities:
As our Security Sales professional, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Leveraging your expertise in electronic security, video surveillance, Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon, CCTV, and Access Control to drive sales and meet or exceed established sales targets.
2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
3. Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to all clients.
4. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
5. Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in technology to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for our Security Sales position will have:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
2. Proven experience with electronic security, video surveillance, Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon, CCTV, and Access Control.
3. A solid track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
5. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
7. A keen understanding of market trends and the ability to leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. A degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
