JOB DESCRIPTION

General Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for all client operations in the South Bay area - three sites.
Supervise three Account Managers to ensure the day-to-day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the highest standards.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff
Meet regularly with client to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction
Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account
Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy
Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned account
Ensure 100% compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations in assigned account.
Ensure 100% compliance with all contracts and collective bargaining agreements in assigned accounts.
Be ready to respond to any operational emergency and ensure timely response, timely and efficient communications and accurate reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

At least 4 years of Security Account Management experience
