Job Title: Security Operations Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (3 days/week onsite in the Loop, 2 days remote)

Summary: Join our expanding IT Security team as a Security Operations Manager, reporting directly to the CISO. You will lead a small team with plans for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security operations and incident response.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering team development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT security.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
