About the Job
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Part-time Security Officer I at Overlook Medical Center to work 7am - 4pm including every other weekend.
Daily hospital operations including but not limited to:
- Responding to codes, dispatching, report writing, alarm checks, foot and vehicle patrol, unit posts.
- Comprehensive and mandatory training requirements included training that may be provided on non-work scheduled hours and may include week days and weekends.
- Overall Safety of the Medical Center and all adjacent facilities and properties.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Reading, writing, communication and computer skills
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma required
Education:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
- High School Diploma plus Military, extensive Law Enforcement or Security experience, will be considered in lieu of associate's degree
License/Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License required
- CPR/AED and First Aid preferred
- SORA preferred
Relevant Experience:
- Prior Security experience preferred
