Mon thru Fri 2pm-10:30pm
$20.75 hrly
Strong computer and/or technology skills required

Front Desk security professionals create the first impression of the company for visitors. They greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the office. This involves not only a friendly demeanour but also the ability to manage various visitor needs, including directing them to the appropriate person or department. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, guest services, and/or call centers while working in security.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, etc.
- Checks in/out individuals in an efficient and friendly manner
- Receive incoming telephone or alarm system calls regarding emergency and non-emergency situations
- Monitor and operate security video system to observe and detect potential issues
- Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel
- Generate reports for theft, alarms, maintenance issues and other incidents that may occur in an efficient manner
- Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
- Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons
Qualifications:
- Valid AZ Security License
- Valid AZ Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to pass a crminial background check and drug screen
