Security Officers Needed For Hospital Job Site, Vaccine+Flu Shot Req'd

Abacus is looking for outstanding Security Officers to work at one of our top Children's hospital in the Baltimore area.

Available positions include:

• Front Desk/Officer
• Foot Patrol Officer
• Garage Rover Officer

Pay Rate:

• $15.50 Per Hour
• Full health and vision benefits
• PTO time
• 1.5X pay for major holidays and any hours worked over 40
• Serene atmosphere

Vaccine Requirements

All eligle candidates must be able to provide documentation to show vaccination status against:

• COVID-19
• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
• Chicken Pox
• Flu Shot

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations

Qualifications:

• At least 6+ months of Security experience
• Customer-oriented personality
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to show proof of vaccination
• Must be 21+ years old
• Must be able to work in inclement weather if required
• Must be able to walk/stand for 8-12 hours a day
