Coke Florida is looking for a Security Manager to work out of our Orlando area location, working first shift.
What you will do:
The Security Manager is responsible for protecting our associates, business operations and company assets from acts of violence, fraud, contamination, extortion and theft.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct the investigation of incidents involving internal/external fraud, theft, and malicious business activity associated with the company and its associates
- Manage the successful resolution of incidents of threatened extortion, workplace violence and product tampering
- Participate in conflict resolution stemming from associate threats or intimidation
- Conduct training for managers and associates concerning fraud detection, crime prevention and theft audits
- Manage/support the identification of product sourcing and transshipping
- Prepare and provide required incident documentation, tracking and reporting
- Manage a case load of complex and confidential investigative matters
- Advise leadership by identifying critical security issues and recommending risk-reduction solutions
- Support local interaction and coverage of security service providers, physical and electronic
- Assist in coordination and implementation of Incident Management and Crisis Resolution plan
- Provide/support the coordination Executive Protection security measures to ensure the safety of the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams and other VIPs
- Support the coordination of security operations or activities for special events
- Collaborate with Internal Functions: Internal Controls, Risk Management, Human Resources, Legal, Public Affairs, Operations and Sales
- Act as Law Enforcement Liaison (Federal, State and Local)
For this role you will need:
- Proven Leadership experience
- Analytic thinking (Strategic Thinking Systematically, Problem Solving)
- Administrative principles and practices, including goal setting, program development, implementation and evaluation
- Managing projects
- Preparing clear and concise reports, correspondence, plans, policies, procedures and other written materials
- Minimum of 10 years of law enforcement preferred
- 3-5 years of Corporate Security experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
