Pay: $25 per hour plus benefits - medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k)

Location: JPL NASA Table Mountain Facility - Wrightwood CA

Table Mountain Facility (TMF) is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Some of the duties include:

· Security monitoring of the condition of buildings, equipment, instruments, and personnel and take corrective action as appropriate; personnel carry handheld radios, handcuffs, and pepper spray.

· Regular walk through of entire facility grounds.

· Janitorial and Housekeeping of all buildings and grounds.

· Seasonal Work – landscaping and snow removal.

· Facility Maintenance.

· Material handling distribution services.

· Equipment and Vehicle operation and maintenance (includes 2 GSA 4 wheel drive vehicles

· 1 Caterpillar IT12F Integrated Tool carrier with attachments, 2 Bobcat loaders for snow

removal- NASA special use equipment, training required along with annual safe driving

course).

· Helping scientists load and unload equipment.

Requirements:

· Guard Card

· Comfortable using tools for maintenance.

· Be able and willing to work in outdoor conditions including snowy and hot conditions.

· Good working with a team.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

· Due to Federal Government Facility work authorization of US Citizenship is required.

· Able to pass extensive federal background check.
