Join Our Team

The primary purpose of a security guard is to ensure the safety of people and property by maintaining a secure environment for our staff and clients. Security guards manage access control by overseeing entry and exit points, preventing unauthorized access. Additionally, they document and report incidents or suspicious activities accurately. Beyond security duties, they also assist and guide visitors and employees, providing a sense of safety and security.

Requirements

• Prior experience in law enforcement preferred (retired police officers encouraged to apply)
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have two years of continuous sobriety prior to hire, if a recovering alcoholic or drug addict and participating in a self-help program

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and ensure safety
• Conduct regular security checks
• Respond to emergencies and incidents
• Maintain detailed logs and reports
• Assist and guide visitors and employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $18-25 per hour

Schedule: 2-3 shifts per week, 3 PM - 11 PM (including one weekend shift)
