At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Tolleson, Arizona:

Compensation: $18.75 / hour
Shifts: We have 2 shifts available:

• Shift 1 - Saturday through Wednesday to 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (40 hours per week, Full-time)
• Shift 2 - Saturday and Sunday 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (16 hours per week-Part-time)

About the job:

• Oversee Security Officer operation at the site.
• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Other assigned duties by Client Service Manager.

Your background:

• You are at least 18 years of age or older (21 preferred)
• You have a active Arizona Guard License.
• You have strong customer service skills and intermediate computer skills.
• You are comfortable handling paperwork and entering accurate details into logistics software.
• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
