- Full-time: Thursday - Sunday
- Thursday - Friday 12:00am - 8:00am (Overnight)
- Saturday - Sunday 8:00am - 4:00pm (Morning)

About the Job:
- Excellent customer service is always top priority.
- Handle a large amount of multi-line phone traffic, radio transmissions
- Handle to 911 emergency situations
- Monitor CCTV which includes 375+ cameras across all client locations
- Monitor card access systems
- Remote access control - opening gate and across all client locations
- Rapid Response to Alarm alerts including fire alarms
- Other duties as assigned
About the Qualifications:
- You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Minimum 1 years of dispatch experience
- Ability to learn quickly
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least 6 months security experience, law enforcement, or military
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Kansas City KS professional security license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Demonstrate a stable work history
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
