Responsibilities
- Analyze client security requirements and design effective security systems tailored to their needs.
- Implement and configure security technologies including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and intrusion detection systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses on existing systems and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to integrate security solutions into building designs.
- Provide training and support to clients and staff on security system operations and best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in security and recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security engineering or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and developing security policies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertaining to security.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Certification in security-related fields (CISSP, CPP, or similar) is a plus.
