Pay, Benefits, and Work Location:
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 per year
- Auto-Allowance: $750 per month

- Work Location: Based in Los Angeles, CA (Must be able to travel throughout LA and the San Fernando Valley)
- Lead and Supervise: Oversee daily security operations at various facilities, ensuring top-notch security service.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with clients and security officers, acting as the key liaison.
- Problem-Solve: Regularly meet with clients to address security issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and continually develop security officers to maintain high standards.
- Inspect and Guide: Conduct routine visits to supervise and support security officers, ensuring compliance and proficiency.
- Stay Informed: Maintain a thorough understanding of security post specifications, emergency procedures, and client policies.
- Manage Resources: Assist in creating staffing schedules, budgets, and security reports.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and local security regulations, as well as contract and collective bargaining agreements.
- Innovate: Recommend new security policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Enforce Discipline: Ensure progressive discipline is followed for security-related corrective actions.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in operations management (4+ years preferred) with security oversight.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple clients and accounts.
- Education: A college degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Background: Prior military or law enforcement experience is a plus!
