BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

• Compensation: Base salary of $125,000-145,000 + 15% bonus
• PTO: 16 days starting
• Retirement: 401K w/ 80% match on first 5% contribution
• Medical: Medical plans covered 80% by employer, vision, and dental, FSA, HSA

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SECURITY ARCHITECT

• Design and oversee the implementation of an organization's overall security architecture
• Develop security policies, procedures, and best practices
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
• Recommend and implement security solutions to protect against threats
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate security measures into systems and applications

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER

• CISSP or CISM designation preferred
• Prior experience leading the security program for a large, multi-location environment
• Experience leading project teams
• Experience leading software implementations
