Responsibilities

The Secretary or Office Administrator should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team. Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Do data entry
• Process billing 

• At least 3-5+ years of experience working as a Secretary or Office Administrator
• Must be proficient on the computer
• Driver's License and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
