About the Role & Team
The Disney+ marketing team is responsible for the strategy and implementation of marketing for Disney+ and the Disney Bundle. Working closely with all divisions of Disney’s Direct to Consumer and Entertainment groups, including programming, data and insights, content marketing and production, the Disney+ marketing team drives subscriber acquisition, engagement and retention for Disney’s flagship direct-to-consumer streaming service globally.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and have a meticulous attention to detail.
This role supports the SVP of Disney+ Marketing and VP of Disney+ Brand and Marketing Strategy.
What You Will Do
+ Heavy meeting coordination, logistics, preparation, invitations and materials
+ Calendar management, including travel coordination, long range planning and day-to-day meetings
+ Act as primary contact for all incoming phone calls and communications for SVP & VP
+ Partner and work extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc.
+ Support departmental projects and strategy team executives as needed
+ Prepare all business-related expenses using Concur and the SAP travel proxy role, ensuring expense reports are completed and filed in a timely manner
+ Order supplies/materials and process invoices
+ Support departmental projects as needed
+ Spearhead and coordinate internal team events/ meetings/ recognitions
+ Other duties as required
Required Qualifications & Skills
+ Proficient in PC and MAC
+ Excellent computer skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Minimum two years’ administrative experience supporting at the senior management level within entertainment and/or the streaming industry
+ Demonstrate ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, change course of action quickly, and be flexible
+ Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization (ability to work with multiple leaders; manage work demands from multiple sources)
+ Demonstrate ability to ask questions, raise concerns, and be an effective problem solver
+ Detail-oriented with superior organization skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
+ Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously
+ Effective communicator, both verbally and written
+ Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible
+ Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively with other assistants and staff at all levels
+ Team player and easy-going manner to handle varied personalities, responsibilities and assignments
+ Ability to be flexible with work schedule and to work overtime
+ Passionate about entertainment, including both movies and episodic series content, and the streaming business
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with SAP, Keynote, and Google Docs
Education
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $57,900.00 to $77,500.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
