Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add a secret cleared lead VTC technician to the team sitting out of Jacksonville, FL in support of a Federal client. The Technician will be responsible for the following:
Functional Responsibility: Operates video teleconferencing equipment including powering up equipment, checking equipment for proper operation, setting audio levels, positioning camera functions, performing secure and non-secure setup and conducting video teleconference sessions. Operate briefing computers, projectors or other audiovisual equipment associated with video teleconferencing services. Resolves system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolation. Acts as equipment custodian and performs inventory asset management and accountability functions. Provides life cycle refresh projections for desktop VTC infrastructure equipment build out projects. Conducts site surveys to establish desktop VTC systems and equipment customer requirements. Provides on-site support primarily at main customer site location; provides occasional alternate or satellite site support and/or travel as needed. Develop and implement Quality Assurance/Improvement activities for VTC programs. Assists with developing, maintaining and updating SOP/how to manuals regarding daily operations of Video Teleconferencing equipment. Serves as a customer service representative for providers/staff to address problematic issues, feedback, and performance improvement areas.

Skills and Requirements
Four (4) years of experience working with audio / visual networks within the Department of Defense.
Four (4) years of experience managing multiple VTC sites across multiple remote locations utilizing Cisco, Polycom Compression/Decompression (CODEC) systems.
Experience with applying DISA's STIG, SCAP, IAVM notices, CTOs, etc., as it relates to VTC equipment (codecs/cameras).
Current Security +CE (enrolled in CEP) Certification required.
Same skillset as VTC Technician.
Active Secret Clearance Required.
Demonstrated experience in operation and configuration of audio-visual and telepresence systems (in particular, Polycom, Cisco/Tandberg, Crestron and Extron equipment)
Demonstrated experience with meeting and room scheduling software (experience with Meeting Room Manager, Outlook and LANDesk is preferred)
Demonstrated ability to implement and operate various types of fully integrated computer-based systems with minimal oversight
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Experience with audio-visual systems and presentations
Working knowledge of Crestron and Extron control systems
Excellent Customer Service skills null
