About the Job
Our client, a real estate development company, is hiring a Second Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to a C-level Executive in their NYC office. The hours are 9am-5pm (minimal OT) and this role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day remote (flex to be in office on Friday for meetings).
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, prioritizing and resolving conflicts
- Schedule internal/external meetings: create agendas, take minutes, and handle logistics
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Proofread, answer, and compose routine correspondence
- Process expenses
- Assist with special projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Degree preferred
- 2-5+ years of experience out of professional services
- Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Teams, and Surveys) and Mac experience
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $85K base depending on experience + bonus
