We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented SEC Reporting Manager to join our dynamic team in the Luxury Transportation industry. This position plays a pivotal role in the preparation of our company's financial statements, regulatory filings, and other critical reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, and steering the company's financial reporting strategy. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other required filings.
2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements.
3. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
4. Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance with SOX 404.
5. Lead the implementation and maintenance of reporting systems, such as Intacct and Workiva, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial reporting process.
6. Research and stay updated on new accounting standards and SEC rules, and evaluate their impact on the company.
7. Assist with ad-hoc projects, technical accounting research, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required. An advanced degree or CPA is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEC financial reporting, preferably in the technology industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting processes.
4. Proficiency in using financial reporting software such as Intacct and Workiva.
5. Prior experience in coordinating with internal and external auditors.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and manage complex financial models.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial information to non-finance professionals.
8. High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
