Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEC reporting and technical accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, preferably PricewaterhouseCoopers or Ernst & Young.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX compliance.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with financial reporting systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with a team, exhibiting professionalism and respect in all interactions.
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity, representing the company's high ethics, moral behavior, and professionalism.
