SEC Accounting Manager (Hybrid Remote) - Latitude, Inc.

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000/year
This position allows for 2-3 days per week remote / work from home.

This position will be responsible for maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including cash posting, accounts receivable collection, bank reconciliation preparation, and various other functions in support of the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and the monthly close. The Staff Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager and CFO.

Overview of the SEC Accounting Manager role:

• This SEC Accounting Manager reports directly to the Director of Finance
• Responsible for full cycle accounting including month end close, including everything related to the GL (income statement, balance sheet) as well as preparing reports
• The Senior Accountant will create financial statements
• Must feel comfortable in Excel with strong technical skills and analytical skills
• Company is preparing to go public, learn to assist with 10K's, and 10Q's

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related
• SEC filing experience (+)
• Consolidations experience (+)
• Fund administration (+)
• Technical Accounting (+)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of finance, and accounting, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems – specifically ERP Systems.
