GreenCare of Mankato, MN is looking to hire Seasonal Team Members, who will "bring the beauty of green" to south-central Minnesota by installing, servicing, and repairing sprinkler and irrigation equipment and providing full-service residential and commercial landscape maintenance and product applications. GreenCare Seasonal Team Members typically work Monday - Friday with Saturday's as an option.Weekly hours can run from 24 to 48 hours per week (April - October) with overtime pay for hours after 40. GreenCare's Maintenance Team is made up of Lawn Care Applicators, Irrigation Service Technicians, Irrigation Installers, Grounds Maintenance Technicians, and Landscape Detail Foremen. All team members play a vital part in our overall business success and customer satisfaction. Conscientious installation, repair, and maintenance work, and a "we are not satisfied until you are" customer service attitude are key to maintaining our company's high standard of excellence. Lawn Care Applicator'sadminister the proper application of lawn care products on commercial and residential properties within your route. In addition, you track daily production, prepare estimates and focus on customer satisfaction. Controlling weeds and building beautiful green lawns will be part of your daily routine as well as recommending additional valuable services to our clients.

Irrigation Service Technician provides repair and service to underground sprinkler systems within your designated route. You pay special attention to daily production, preparing estimates and providing outstanding customer service. Sprinkler controller programming and operation of a cable locator and an electrical meter are skills that you will learn and use in this position.

Irrigation Installers are responsible for installing irrigation products at residential, commercial, and athletic properties. You work as part of a team to complete sprinkler system installations. Specific duties include pipe installation, equipment care, maintenance checks, and sprinkler head adjustments. You may have opportunities to work in other roles as needed.

Grounds Maintenance Technician, properly maintain the appearance of commercial and residential lawns is your primary focus. Your mowing, weeding and trimming skills keep grounds looking beautiful and well-groomed. You fill out all route documentation and work hard to keep all of our customers happy.

Landscape Detail Foreman, is responsible for the proper maintenance and appearance of the commercial and residential landscapes that GreenCare maintains. You keep things looking freshly trimmed and weed free and enjoy suggesting possible landscape enhancements to our customers. Keeping our clients well informed about our year-round maintenance and yard care options is an important aspect of this position.
